Exchange and Return Policy

Our dear customer, first of all, you can return any of the goods that you purchased from the (AME) store within the specified return period, which is (3 days) from the date you received the item, provided that it is in the same condition in which you received it and inside its box, and that this item is not damaged or disassembled.

 

Exchange and return include all types of home and electronic appliances, and the following conditions are required to return or replace the product:

1- Bring the original purchase invoice.

2- The product must be in the same condition as when purchased and wrapped in factory packaging.

3- The product must be returned within (3 days) from the date of issuing the invoice or from the arrival of the product from the shipping company.

4- The replacement must be made within (7 days) from the issuance of the invoice or from the arrival of the product from the shipping company.

5- All adapters and cables do not accept exchange, return or cancellation of the order

6- The customer will bear the cost of shipping the product to him, in addition to the cost of returning it to our warehouse in the case of a return, and the cost of shipping the new product in the case of a replacement after receiving the product.

7- Tamara and Tabby orders have no exchange, only return within (3 days) of the product’s arrival from the shipping company.

8- The period for returning the amount to the customer in the event that the order is canceled or returned is within (30 working days)

9- The order can be modified by adding or canceling it. The status of the order is (under review). Otherwise, the customer will bear all additional modification costs.


If you receive an item that is damaged or not working properly:

When the item arrives to you in a damaged condition or not working properly, you can then return the item to us in the same condition that you received it and in the same original packaging. As soon as we receive the item, we will inspect it, and if it is found to be defective or damaged, we will immediately begin the procedures for returning it and returning your money to you, whether the money you paid for the item or the money paid to ship that item and deliver it to you.

If I receive an item other than the one I ordered, how can I return it?

Cost of returning items:

In the event that the return is due to a defect in the item, a manufacturing defect, or damage during the delivery of the goods, or due to the delivery of an incorrect/wrong item, no fees will be charged for the return or shipping service.

Time required to receive returned goods:

Under normal circumstances, we will contact you within three to five business days from the date you request to return the item. However, sometimes, it may take up to a week for the shipping service provider to receive the item from you.

How to recover the price of the paid item:

The refund is done very quickly and smoothly after the item is received. If you paid for the item via one of the various electronic means (such as credit cards, etc.), then the amounts paid will be returned directly to your card. The duration for receiving funds varies from person to person depending on the requirements of your bank.

There are a number of specific cases in which the product cannot be returned:

When submitting a return request for an item after the specified time for return from the date of receipt of the item.

When the item has been used or installed, when it is damaged, or when it is not in the same condition as when you received it.

Items that have been tampered with or whose serial numbers have been removed.

Warranty, maintenance and after-sales services

All goods displayed and sold in the AME store are guaranteed by the manufacturer or (local agent) warranty.

 

The factory warranty (local agent) starts from the date of purchase.

 

You should read the owner's manual before using the item to ensure it complies with local safety and security standards and electrical requirements.

You must ensure that the electrical current is provided in the range required to operate the item (220-240 volts and 380-400 volts / 60 Hz). If you do not have the appropriate current to operate the item, we advise you not to use it or provide a suitable electrical adapter. In all cases, goods damaged due to the use of a faulty electrical source will not be included in the warranty.

General exceptions not covered by the warranty of the installation or manufacturer (and the local agent):

Defects or malfunctions arising due to consumer misuse, non-compliance with instructions for use, negligence, accidents, sabotage, maintenance workers who do not comply with product recommendations, or negligence in performing maintenance.

If the serial numbers have been tampered with or changed.

Costs of replacing missing or consumable parts (buttons, bulbs, batteries, etc.)

 

Return or exchange mechanism

1- Obtain a product return authorization number before completing the return process. This number is valid for seven days from the date of issuance.

2- In the event that the product is returned due to a manufacturing defect or an operating defect, or damage to the product occurred during delivery or delivery of a wrong product, the customer will not bear any expenses related to shipping or bank transfer expenses (23 riyals), and in the case of returning the product for other reasons (For example: the customer’s need for a replacement or return) In this case, the customer bears the shipping expenses, the bank transfer expenses, and the expenses of returning the product to the warehouses in the event of a return or shipping it back to him in the event of an exchange.

3- The product must be in its original packaging with all accessories and manual. We will not accept the return of products that have scratches, or are damaged due to misuse or operation due to connection to an incorrect voltage, based on the institution’s sole discretion.

4- The product to be replaced or returned is examined by the organization’s technician regarding the packaging conditions, the entire accessory is examined, and the line manager’s approval is obtained.
